Job Summary: The Customer and Business Operations Manager will oversee the design, development, and deployment of customer operations (contracting, implementation, billing) and related business operations within our Audio Technology business unit. This role requires customer obsession, leadership, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and build of business operations and technology stack supporting growth and initiatives.
2. Develop customer-facing processes from contracting to support.
3. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and reports.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and project success.
5. Conduct client meetings for requirements gathering, updates, and concerns.
6. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout projects.
7. Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
8. Manage operational aspects of technology licensing relationships, including risk review, account setup, SKU creation, and reporting.
9. Gather stakeholder feedback through retrospectives and improve processes.
10. Collaborate with Product Engineering and Program Management to enhance implementation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management or implementation roles.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience in audio technologies.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence.
