Product and Content Marketing Manager,
you'll have end-to-end ownership of the product and content marketing lifecycle, from strategic conception to go to market (GTM) definition, and content creation and delivery. Through the excellence of your individual contributions, and what you deliver by working with other Volante marketing functions and agencies, you'll make sure that Volante is always sending the right message, at the right time, to the right buyers, through the right channels.The Ideal CandidateYou're a hybrid: a product marketing expert with a strong content orientation, or a content marketing pro with a product and go-to-market mindset. You're passionate about content in all its forms, and you understand how to drive effective content-based product launches and go-to-market campaigns. You understand the lead funnel and lifecycle, and the way in which content needs to align with persona buyer journeys and product capabilities. Whether it's a PowerPoint presentation, blog, infographic, executive briefing, white paper, web page, data sheet, or video, you know what good looks like , and can make it happen. You're all about making quality content and value proposition messaging operate at scale to drive leads, pipeline, and revenue.Key Result Areas and AccountabilitiesOwning and driving the messaging and content execution
for Volante's products and solutions, with a strong focus on articulating buyer-centric value propositions and competitive differentiators through compelling content across multiple delivery channelsLeading
product launchesCollaborating closely with other marketing functions
like regional marketing, marketing automation, corporate marketing, graphic design, and PR/communications to ensure successful campaign executionAligning content with distribution method and timing of marketing campaigns to
maximize quantity and quality of lead generationIdentification and analysis of
metrics for content effectiveness , to ensure content strategy is continually improved based on real-world performanceCreating a
content architecture and roadmap
for Volante's go-to-market campaigns, at every level of the B2B funnelMaintaining Volante's
global content calendarIdentifying the
optimal mix of in-house and agency/contractor resourcing
to meet the company's content needs, and managing those relationshipsEnsuring that Volante's website, , is kept up to date with the latest content and messages,
tuned to maximize SEO and lead conversionServe as an engine of sales enablement,
as the voice of the product and the market for Volante's inside sales, sales, and extended GTM teamsIdeal core qualifications, experience, attributes and skills7+ years in B2B content marketing or product marketing roles
in SaaS fintech companies, payments/financial messaging knowledge is a strong plusMinimum 10 years
total work experienceExperience
building compelling messaging based on competitive positioning
and differentiation, and instantiating that messaging in broad-mix marketing campaignsProven track record driving
measurable resultsExperience working in
fast growth organizationsExperience
leading cross-functional and multi-channel go to market programs , underpinned by a compelling content strategyPassion for generating high-quality persona-based buyer-centric content
in different modes, using a
