Value Proposition Development: Refine and articulate Vouch’s value propositions across various content formats to effectively communicate our differentiation.
Sales Enablement: Create compelling sales materials, including one-pagers, decks, battle cards, and case studies, to support our sales team in closing deals.
Thought Leadership & Blog Content: Develop insightful content that educates high-growth companies on risk management and positions our internal SMEs as experts in their field or area of specialization.
Cross-Channel Distribution: Work with the marketing team to amplify content across digital channels, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
SEO & Performance Optimization: Leverage SEO best practices and data-driven insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders—including sales, designers, and subject matter experts—to create cohesive, high-impact content.
About You 5 - 8 years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in fintech or insurance.
Proactive & Entrepreneurial: You take ownership, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives forward without waiting for direction.
Multifaceted: Proven ability to develop and execute content plans that support brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement.
Enablement Experience: Skilled in creating persuasive materials (one-pagers, decks, case studies, etc.) that directly support revenue growth.
Results Driven: Relentless in measuring impact, optimizing content, and ensuring marketing efforts drive real business outcomes.
Data Driven: Experience analyzing content performance, iterating based on insights, and continuously improving effectiveness.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, and SEO tools to maximize reach and impact.
Collaborative & Resourceful: Comfortable working cross-functionally, managing multiple projects, and making things happen in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Have: Exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high-growth environments.
A background in insurance or other regulated categories.

Salary Range: The pay range for this role is: $140,000 to $160,000 per year. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are part of our total compensation package, which also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need.
