Overview
The Director of Digital Marketing will drive the strategic vision and execution of digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. This leader will lead digital marketing campaign strategy, website optimization, and analytics, collaborating closely with the Omnichannel team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities: Work with leadership teams to: develop digital marketing strategy and execution, website strategy and optimization, collaboration and leadership, and performance measurement and optimization using a balanced approach that includes market intelligence, customer engagement, sales enablement, market awareness and demand generation. Align with marketing management to establish and utilize defined performance metrics, reports and dashboards to measure progress against core accountabilities, including campaign effectiveness, sales growth and profitability, operational efficiency, vendor and agency management and budget administration, adjusting programs accordingly. Develop and manage assigned strategic relationships with external stakeholders including suppliers, technology partners and industry influencers, with a focus on driving mutual profitable growth. Collaborate with sales and marketing management and other functional groups to ensure a high level of alignment and program orchestration. Ensure high impact internal and external marketing communications in support of the Wesco brand to internal and external target audiences. Support ongoing team development and make recommendations to drive functional excellence, efficiency and impact. Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree - Marketing, business, analytics, communications, public relations required; Masters Degree - MBA preferred 10+ years experience in marketing, branding, communications, business development or related functions 5 years managing high performance marketing teams, including recruiting, developing and managing on-site and remote personnel 5 years experience in a business-to-business (B2B) industry or equivalent Strong business acumen with a proven ability to maximize external market growth drivers, technology trends and differentiated competitive positioning High level of digital dexterity, with experience using enterprise level technology platforms Ability to effectively communicate across all mediums and with all levels of the organization Significant experience in strategic planning and management of programs, resources and budgets Ability to successfully navigate complex global matrix organizations Excellent project management skills and ability to handle wide range of concurrent activities Ability to travel up to 25%

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
