roster w/ focus in Latin urban scene. 40%
intern’l & 10% domestic travel reqd. Reqs:
Bach degree or foreign equiv in Marketng,
Intern’l Biz, or rltd & 3 yrs exp in positn
offered or rltd, incl. 3 yrs exp w/: wrkng
in Artist & Repertoire dvsn at intern’l
music publishng company or record label
w/ focus in LATAM music; identifyng, signing,
& nurturing emerging musical artists & producers
in urban musical genres; utilizng tools,
platforms & systs incl. production audio
tools, mrkt share analytics platforms, artist
track prfrmnce tools, & Digital Service
Provider (DSP) analytics platforms for recruitng,
developng, signing & promoting artists;
understandng digital commerce space incl.
the DSP artist portals & key artist dvlpmt
& feeder playlists; & dvlpng artists’ careers
incl. selecting singles & key tracks for
collabs & remixes, negotiatng contracts,
providng creative input & direction on artists’
materials, & staying abreast of current
music & cultural trends to dvlp new content.
