They seek a Director of Marketing to lead a dynamic team and develop innovative, multi-brand strategies that enhance brand awareness, expand market share, and support business growth. This is a full-time, onsite position managing a team of 7–8 marketing professionals, including a Creative Manager, Email Marketer, Web Designers, and Copywriters. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans for new product launches. Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement brand growth strategies focused on increasing awareness and customer engagement. Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate marketing effectiveness and ROI. Create initiatives to enhance product ratings and reviews across digital platforms. Manage the annual marketing budget, approving expenses and adjusting spend to align with company objectives. Ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels and adapt strategies based on market insights. Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including websites, email campaigns, and social media. Manage trademarks, patents, and legal documentation related to branding. Conduct market research to inform campaigns, product positioning, and business development. Leverage analytics to optimize marketing performance and support data-driven decisions. Monitor consumer feedback to identify opportunities for product or messaging improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across customer touchpoints. Support trade show and event strategies, coordinating logistics and marketing efforts for industry events. Partner with sales to develop marketing assets such as presentations and promotional materials. Travel up to 25% for events, trade shows, and site visits. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development, aligned with company values. Set clear team goals, roles, and schedules. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to foster professional growth. Foster a collaborative team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor departmental productivity and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. 7+ years of B2B digital marketing leadership experience, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and catalog marketing. 5+ years managing marketing teams across multiple locations. Proven experience working with national dealer networks (preferred). Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets. Ability to unify and promote similar product lines through cohesive strategies. Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canto, Smartsheet, InDesign/FlippingBook, and MS Office. At least 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
