Overview
Duties ( include but are not limited to ):
Brainstorming and Mocking Up Design Ideas:
Generate creative concepts and visual designs to support various marketing campaigns.
Presenting Ideas to Dealers:
Effectively communicate design concepts to dealership clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and goals.
Meeting with Dealers and Adjusting Designs:
Collaborate with dealership clients to refine and adjust designs based on their feedback and preferences.
Using Computer Software to Execute Designs:
Utilize advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create high-quality designs.
HTML Knowledge Preferred:
While not required, knowledge of HTML is a plus for creating and editing web-based designs.
Working with External Partners:
Coordinate with printers, managers, radio stations, and corporate companies to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Flexibility:
Assist with additional tasks and duties as needed to support the team's goals and objectives.
Technical Skills:
Adobe Creative Cloud:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
HTML Knowledge:

Communication Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Has a growth mindset and maintains a constant desire to learn new things
High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities
Professional conduct inside and outside the office while conducting agency business

Compensation
Estimated starting salary of $52,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time Monday-Friday (some weekends might be necessary for events)
