Job Details:
- Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, Google, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to create campaigns and marketing materials.
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies.
- Assist in on-site photo shoots and projects at different retail locations.
- Designing and implementing social media strategies to align with business objectives.
- Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to travel to different retail locations.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum two to three years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Effective communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment as well as individually.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Experience with video editing and photo editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe, Photoshop, Canva).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, as needed.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
