This role within the Microsoft Center of Excellence involves designing seamless digital experiences by understanding user needs, creating wireframes/prototypes, incorporating feedback, and guiding application developers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Transform customer requirements and technical capabilities into accessible digital experiences, adhering to brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Create wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Axure based on business requirements.
- Prepare materials for design reviews and product sessions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, or Axure.
Education and Experience
- BS Degree required.
- Strong knowledge of IT principles, system design, and software development lifecycle best practices.
- Experience with user experience best practices.
- Strong graphic design and UI skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with MS Cloud development tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint (preferred).
- Understanding of platform/technology capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps).
