Location: New York City, 9 West 57th Street Date Posted: June 13, 2025 Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview Apollo Global Management is seeking a highly motivated Channel Marketing Associate / Director to join the growing Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at supporting the firm’s Institutional, Family Office, and Origination channel distribution efforts. Key Responsibilities
Support development and execution of go-to-market plans for Institutional, Family Office, and Origination Partner. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and corporate communications colleagues on marketing initiatives. Manage multiple projects and deliver on time and on budget. Support execution of marketing campaigns, client and internal sales communications, and event support. Review and analyze campaign data against KPIs and communicate results to internal stakeholders. Ensure content consistency with messaging and brand. Prioritize and package content for different target audiences. Present rationale and ideas to internal stakeholders. Ensure content accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain knowledge of firm investment capabilities and financial markets. Seek to improve processes and effectiveness. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of marketing experience in the asset management industry. Superior written communication skills. Extended hours may be required to meet deadlines. Knowledge and Skills
Track record of executing marketing initiatives with measured results. Strong collaboration skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Highly detailed with a focus on operational improvement. Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Compensation Pay Range: $140K - $180K, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus based on performance.
