Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our marketing team in producing visually compelling and brand-aligned materials. The ideal candidate will design a variety of assets for both digital and print, including email campaigns, social media graphics, website banners, advertisements, flyers, brochures, catalogs, and presentations. This role requires a strong design sense, technical proficiency, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
This position is onsite at our Coatesville, PA headquarters. Hybrid work is available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design & execute visually engaging marketing materials across print and digital platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
- Create and deploy multiple marketing campaigns weekly, including but not limited to:
- Marketing email designs
- Homepage & category banners
- Social media graphics
- Print & digital advertisements
- Code homepage banners using HTML & CSS and schedule them for deployment/removal at appropriate times
- Support catalog production, including image preparation, layout design, and print-ready file formatting
- Collaborate with the marketing team and external vendors to meet project objectives
- Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to generate fresh ideas for digital marketing campaigns, emails, and social media content
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand identity guidelines while maintaining a high level of creativity
- Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay up to date with design trends and emerging digital marketing best practices
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Minimum associate degree in graphic design or 2-5 years of related experience.
- Hands-on experience in both print and digital media with a portfolio to prove your skillsets.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (including Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Bridge, Acrobat,), FTP software, Microsoft Office, and HTML.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage one's own workload, meeting all required deadlines.
- Ability to think critically with regards to the goal of assigned task.
- Excellent multi-tasker, with ability to switch priorities quickly as needed.
- Methodological and disciplined approach to problem solving.
- Committed to learning and thoroughly understanding new software as required.
- Ability format text, and update homepage banners using HTML and media queries for responsive web design.
- Ability to independently handle stress and maintain a mature problem-solving demeanor.
- Perform in self-directed manner upon receipt of newly assigned task.
- Ability to receive constructive criticism and view it as an opportunity for growth.
