Wripple's air line client is seeking a relationship-driven and strategic Partnership Manager for a 12-month, 40-hour/week hybrid contract in Atlanta, Georgia. Please only apply if you're able to go onsite to the client's office 2-3 days/week in south Atlanta.
About the Role:
This role will be supporting the ongoing success of the program's most strategic commercial entertainment and brand partners.
This post-onboarding role is focused on ensuring our partners are not only supported
operationally but also positioned for long-term success and growth within the program
ecosystem. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across product, content, marketing, and engineering to ensure partner expectations are exceeded and the full value
potential of the partnership is captured.

The success of this team’s efforts will be measured by the value realized by our partners.
• Quantitatively, partners should experience high-quality engagement opportunities
with our customer base—measured through metrics such as take rates, trial
activations, dwell time, conversion, and return visits.
• Qualitatively, this role plays a key part in ensuring our partners feel a Welcoming,
Caring, and Elevated experience when working with us.
As a partner’s internal ambassador, you will represent their voice and needs across
our teams, ensuring their success is front and center in decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for program partners after onboarding,
owning the day-to-day relationship and ensuring alignment on shared goals.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive engagement, performance,
and growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators, surface insights, and recommend
optimizations to enhance partner impact and value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of
content, campaigns, product features, and reporting.
• Lead recurring partner weekly/bi-weekly/monthly meetings as well as quarterly
business reviews to showcase results, share roadmaps, and deepen collaboration.
• Champion partner needs internally, helping shape product, content, and
operational decisions.
• Identify and pursue upsell or co-marketing opportunities that align with mutual
business objectives.
• Ensure partners feel supported and valued throughout their journey with us, in
alignment with our brand values.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years experience in partnerships, client success, account management, or
strategic relationship management.
• Experience working with entertainment, media, or brand partners is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills; confident managing
executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating complex internal structures and collaborating cross-
functionally.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a sharp attention to
detail.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills; able to synthesize complex ideas into
clear, compelling decks tailored for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Data fluency: able to analyze reports, interpret trends, and make data-backed
recommendations.
• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Adobe Workfront, Figma, Mural, PowerBI, or
similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in the in-flight entertainment, media, or technology space.
• Experience supporting premium or enterprise partners within a high-growth
environment.
• A creative mindset and a commercial instinct—you know how to turn relationships
into results.
