Job Description
The E-commerce Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and executing marketing strategies to increase online sales and drive customer engagement. The E-commerce Marketing Coordinator will have a strong background in e-commerce marketing, focusing on driving traffic and increasing sales and growth through various channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, PPC, social media, content marketing, and optimizing e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure products are launched correctly and on time, with the appropriate approved information and categorization.
Ensure timely launch or update of product related assets across online channels. Review and test assets and user experience cross-device and browser.
Manage and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure categorization, imagery, badging, product knowledge and pricing are accurate and meet guidelines.
Conduct thorough site analysis to identify areas for improvement, such as navigation layout updates, PDP optimization, refining site search, cross selling, and upselling tactics.
Work with team to develop and implement strategies for SEO optimization to improve organic search results.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Service teams on product feedback and reviews to improve the product information on site.
Understanding of email marketing and can contribute to campaign building and scheduling.
Work with consultants and remote workers to build assets for the site and email marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Shopify.
Experience with Klaviyo a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with team members.
Ability to implement and learn new systems and processes with urgency.
Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, ever-changing environment.
Highly organized and capable of being the functional expert on cross-functional teams.
Must be comfortable viewing adult imagery and videos daily, with the ability to hold, describe, and professionally discuss adult and sexual wellness products.
