ResponsibilitiesThe Agency/Marketing Analytics Analyst role will provide strategic analytics support for Corporate Agency. The analyst will be responsible for providing analytics to Agency to inform strategy, monitor execution and help drive optimization and enablement. Responsibilities include developing actionable insights, in collaboration with Agency business partners, by understanding needs and bringing a data-driven approach to problem solving and opportunity identification. Our primary customers are senior Agency executives through our work in the Agency Strategy Office, Agency Recruiting and Agency Services teams. Our team is highly collaborative working closely with teams across multiple departments within and outside of Agency. Specifically for this role we are looking for the following:Works with business partners to understand objectives and develops an analytic approach for creating actionable insights to inform decisions.Formulates hypotheses, gathers, and analyzes data, interprets results and their implications, and recommends next-step actions.Leverages profiling, segmentation and other statistical techniques to identify attributes associated with performance.Works with business partners to identify needs for predictive models and participates in model development and maintenance.Supports business partner's overall analytics needs through enterprise-wide collaboration to deliver a holistic view which leverages data and insights from the broader analytics community.Remains current on industry trends and brings forward opportunities for innovation.Proactively identifies opportunities for increasing efficiency and consistency within work processes.Identifies appropriate stakeholders and works collaboratively to encourage diverse perspectives.NOTE: This role is a Hybrid (requiring in-office and remote duties) work arrangement for Bloomington, IL, Dunwoody, GA, Richardson, TX, or Tempe, AZ.
QualificationsA bachelor's or an advanced degree in an analytics-oriented discipline preferred (Analytics, Statistics, Math, etc.). Professional experience in analytics and with Agency highly desired.Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex sets of data with strong SQL skills, and pull out the most important data that translate into a digestible story which inform applicable business decisions and next steps.Extremely articulate in written and oral communication, including developing presentations to effectively "tell a story" to various levels of leadership and executive audiences. A competitive candidate will be able to adapt their delivery to connect their work to strategic objectives and business outcomes that are important to that specific audience.Thinks strategically through a customer focused and creative mindset.Learning agility and a growth mindset that create a strong team culture and allow us to continually look for opportunities for deeper analytics.Ability to build relationships that enable close collaboration and alignment across the team and multiple departments.Demonstrates leadership in all aspects of work and can influence across teams and upward, where appropriate.
