Your remit
We’re looking for a real team player who’s able to work collaboratively with our Experience and Development team, to design a wide range of audience-centred experiences, including websites, native mobile apps, and across global design systems. You should also be comfortable working independently across projects from concept to delivery.
This is ideally a hybrid working role, with an expectation that you’ll be based at our Brazil office at least one day per week. However, we are accepting applications from remote workers.
Mandatory requirements:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

What we’re looking for from you:
- We’re looking for at least 3 - 4 years’ agency experience designing digital products.
- Exceptional UI design craft paired with an understanding of UX principles.
- Must be proficient in Figma, with experience of design systems and prototyping.
- You must have a strong design process, with an ability to create high level concepts to shape a design direction for clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Create, maintain and evolve design systems that give clients a flexible and scalable digital solution that works across multiple platforms and devices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers and project managers.
- Be comfortable presenting ideas and creative concepts to colleagues.
- Be able to create concepts and presentations for pitches.
- Passionate about improving work quality and pushing boundaries.
- A good commercial awareness, helping ensure work is delivered on time within budget.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts easily to people from other disciplines and backgrounds.
- Must have a strong portfolio of design projects.
Nice-to-have experience:
- Motion design and interaction skills.
- Mobile app experience - Native apps / Flutter.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
