UX Designer who will be responsible for crafting digital experiences that are user-friendly, intuitive, and leave a lasting impression. Their primary focus will be on optimizing for conversions and ensuring high levels of user satisfaction. Taking the lead in site testing and reporting, they will work towards maximizing the efficiency of web traffic. This role includes identifying opportunities to improve the overall site experience, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, and presenting thorough findings and recommendations. We are in search of an innovative individual who can tackle complex problems and spearhead new initiatives within a collaborative and dynamic environment. Hybrid WFH/Downtown LA office.
