Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer assists with the design of Turn 14 Distribution-branded company and marketing projects. The role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Turn 14 Distribution's design standards and brand consistency across all media to meet company business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Results

• Deliver design of various company and marketing needs on time and compliant with the Turn 14 Distribution brand and brand guidelines, including but not limited to:
• HR/safety decks, facilities design needs, apparel, and more
• Advertising (print, digital, social, etc.)
• Social media/email marketing assets and booth graphics
• Sales tools, including flyers/sell sheets, new brand launches, website graphics/banners
• Deliver quality work consistently and demonstrate that work has been proofed.
• Work is free of misspells, misses, or grammatical errors in copy
• Print-ready files are always clean and optimized, etc.
• Assist with the technical review (preflight) of electronic prepress documents for proper printing.
• Keep all creatives up to date with brand guidelines and current campaigns.
• Manage stakeholders effectively with ongoing communication and regular project updates.
• Provide status updates in department meetings.
  

Measure Results

• Provide information for the monthly reports to the marketing management team.
• Maintain technical knowledge by keeping up with design trends, reviewing professional publications, and collaborating with team members.
  
  

Other Duties as Assigned

• Assist the Creative Team with deliverables as needed.
• Offer suggestions for ideas, concepts, or process improvements for the department.
  
  

Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant field
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. ) on Mac OS.
• Familiarity with printing practices and production techniques.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace apps is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Automotive and/or Powersports technical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment or independently, learn, and demonstrate initiative.
• Good organizational and written/verbal communication skills with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Good time management skills (meeting deadlines and prioritizing effectively).
• Knowledge of project management tools preferred (Jira, Trello, or similar).
