Description
We are on the lookout for all experience levels. This job could be considered 1) some experience SEO specialist and digital marketing, 2) no experience SEO manager, 3) entry-level SEO strategist, or 4) SEO manager job hiring near Milwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin. We are always hiring qualified candidates. You will work with ~55 copywriters, digital marketers, graphic designers, videographers, front-end developers, and programmers to fulfill our mission: Improving the Economy One Business at a Time with Profit Generating Websites. Our team also includes server admins and a few onsite technicians who double as in-house IT. We have established many direct relationships with small businesses before digital marketing was prevalent. Now a full-service marketing agency, we place more radio and podcast ads than anyone in Wisconsin. As our clients continue to grow, we collaborate with robust and digitally literate in-house teams. The next phase in our growth is focused on ownership mindset and culture fit. Ideal candidates are self-starters who enjoy daily interactions with successful clients and colleagues. You take feedback well and can provide it candidly and respectfully. We are looking for candidates who love responsibility and self-management (no babysitting!). You will be expected to own the outcomes: troubleshooting, improvising, and making decisions independently to overcome issues.
