Job Description
Qualifications:
- Ability to understand end-user needs and user experience
- Is an independent worker and proactively seeks to innovate
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven results oriented person with a delivery and quality focus
- Ability to mentor and bring junior developers to your level and skill
- Openness to learn new skills and techniques
- Possesses knowledge of the following applications and tools:
- Experience with CSS pre-processors (less, SASS)
- Experience with one or more server side languages, especially Python or Java
- Experience with common template frameworks (django, JSP)
- Solid knowledge on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
- Working knowledge of mobile apps (Android, iOS)
- Should possess knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq, etc.
- Should be capable of web application analysis and performance optimization using industry standard best practices
- BS in Computer Science or related field
