Role:
Lead UX/UI design for tapouts’ mobile-first platform, creating seamless, trustable interfaces. Collaborate with an experienced team to craft flows from landing pages, onboarding flows, assessments, and parent portals, blending credibility and warmth.

Tasks:

1. Design UX/UI for intuitive user flows.
2. Embed tapouts’ playful, professional brand in designs.
3. Work with devs on React-friendly solutions.
4. Support multi-user accounts (e.g., parents, kids).
5. Iterate fast based on feedback, meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years UX/UI, with mobile-first portfolio (edu/health ideal).
2. Expert in Figma, strong UX focus.
3. Familiar with React, Stripe UX.
4. Collaborative, deadline-driven.
5. Bonus: Data-driven UI experience.

Deliverables: Engaging landing pages, interactive features, and portals with clean navigation.
