Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Content Creation and Curation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to posts, images, videos, and stories. Curate user-generated content to foster community engagement.
• Community Management: Monitor social media channels and engage with our online community in a timely and authentic manner. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
• Brand Advocacy: Identify and cultivate relationships with brand advocates and influencers within the community. Encourage user-generated content and facilitate collaboration opportunities.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive engagement and increase brand visibility. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and community engagement, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for building and nurturing online communities.
