Tyler, P.E., Jack Tyler Engineering, Inc exists to serve its customers by providing engineered technical solutions to customers' problems. Jack Tyler Engineering exists to serve two main purposes:
We sell and service the equipment that is required to provide clean water to the communities where we live and work. Everyone deserves clean water, and we strive to make sure there is an ample supply. Our equipment collects, treats, and distributes water and wastewater. We sell and service the rotating equipment that is required to keep manufacturing plants up and running in Arkansas and surrounding states. When plants close due to unplanned maintenance and downtime, it can cripple an organization and a community.
The specific equipment that we sell and service from our three Arkansas locations includes pumps and pump systems, compressed air systems, valves, actuators, mechanical seals, controls, and water & wastewater process equipment used for the treatment of water & wastewater.

Marketing Strategy Implementation Specialist.
In this role, you must own supporting leadership by removing roadblocks and ensuring clarity and follow-through. You will be essential in making sure marketing and sales initiatives don't stall out and that Jack Tyler's marketing vision comes to life in a living, working system. This role will not be tasked with creating the strategy, but will be tasked with execution and pull through. The ideal candidate will get satisfaction from seeing a vision become a system and thrive in a behind-the-scenes role.
This role can be a hybrid, or remote opportunity.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Implementation Support Work alongside ROI Online and JTE team to support the implementation of strategic initiatives utilizing the marketing and sales automation tech stack—including tools such as a CRM, ClickUp, AI, and other systems. Help organize and translate strategic priorities into actionable ClickUp tasks and workflows to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in the coordination and migration of data between platforms like ClickUp, CRM, and marketing automation tools Project Coordination Serve as the point of communication between JTE, ROI Online, and internal team members to ensure alignment on progress and deliverables. Coordinate with ROI Online’s team and escalate blockers proactively to keep implementation efforts on track. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process workflows for repeatability and future training. Campaign Execution Coordinate the implementation and deployment of initial strategic campaigns using the tools and assets provided by JTE and ROI Online. Ensure marketing assets, sequences, and automations are correctly configured and launched within the chosen platforms. Align campaign delivery with messaging clarity and standards established by ROI Online, following StoryBrand principles. Operational Support Offer day-to-day support to the President and Sales team by organizing materials, managing follow-ups, and providing administrative assistance to keep execution on track. Provide internal documentation or light training to team members on how to use the implemented tools and workflows Event Coordination Project Manage Trade Shows managing details such as budget, booth design and logistics, staffing, marketing collateral, pre-show marketing, logistical planning, lead follow up plans, follow up thank you notes Plan Vendor and Partner Appreciation Events Vendor Alliance Support Understand the key metrics JTE is measured on and track our progress against these Collaborate with Vendor Marketing teams to understand their key marketing priorities
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business with Marketing focus 2+ years of experience in project coordination, CRM operations, or marketing implementation Familiarity with platforms such as ClickUp, marketing automation tools, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot or similar) Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through on complex tasks Self-starter with the ability to manage up and work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Possess Tenacity to execute the action items and get things done on time.
