Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift

Skills & Abilities
Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases Design and manage Synchronized Data Objects Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS) Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript Master level knowledge of SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model
Here’s What You Need
Education
Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Admin or relevant field required
Experience
4 years related experience required and 2 years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred and Experience in Health Care industry preferred
What You Will Do
Daily Operations
Develop organization’s direct marketing strategies for consumer-focused product lines and touchpoints, including – but not limited to – hospitals, employed physician practices, joint ventures, new products and services. Serve as a system support administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Serve as technical expert on new project initiatives and participate in application design sessions. Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.
Project Delivery
Team up with internal and external resources to understand the project timeline and operations. Work in Agile Team to meet changing needs and requirements, developing, executing and managing Agile stories within defined scope. Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all cross-functional areas within Business Services.
Marketing Strategy
Serve as champion for the brand in deploying marketing automation approaches. Work with marketing strategist and/or other business owner to identify key metrics aligned with marketing automation strategies designed to drive business results. Meet deadlines while juggling multiple priorities and projects. Measure and share results of marketing automation approaches, working to ensure strong ROI and successful outcomes; monitor and report KPIs.
