WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Build automotive technical training curriculum including instructor-led training, e-learning, Microlearning, and Quick Reference Guides/job aids.
2. Create comprehensive storyboards and video scripts.
3. Design engaging course elements with graphics, audio, and video.
4. Transform technical content into engaging and impactful learning experiences.
5. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
6. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to recommend innovative approaches and tools for enhancing the learning experience and driving performance improvement.

WHAT YOU NEED

1. Sample works, such as a portfolio, e-Learning demo, or printed materials.
2. Minimum of a 2-year associate degree in Organizational Development, Automotive or related technical field.
3. Ability to write effective instructional text and audio/video scripts.
4. Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
6. Knowledge of automotive components and systems (preferred).
7. 2+ years of relevant experience in Instructional Design (preferred).
8. Experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The primary worksite location is in Auburn Hills, MI.
