- Previous healthcare marketing experience required
- Hospice and/or home health marketing experience preferred
- Recognize an existing book of business
- CRM experience for data input and output to speak to hospice services
- Ability to analyze marketing strategy and develop a marketing plan to support growth initiatives
- Capacity to visit physician practices, hospitals, ALFs, SNFs, LTCFs and other potential referral sources
- Interpersonal, customer service, and professional relationship building skills
- Self-motivated and team player
- Organization skills, attention to details, and follow up protocol adherence with referral sources
- Knowledge of basic smart phone/social media use and Microsoft office
- Emotional intelligence skills
- A positive attitude and innovative thinker, with a willingness to learn and grow
