Texas Operations Manager at Stonetown Capital Group
The Community Manager maintains property operations, attracts and serves residents, and ensures we meet our financial goals.
Your Job Will Include:
- Maintain the resources and assets of the property, including staff and community infrastructure.
- Ensure that the property is clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.
- Employ sales & marketing strategies to attract new residents and provide excellent customer service, contributing to a positive living experience.
- Show homes when they become available.
- Analyze and manage the community’s operation budget to improve profitability.
- Set high quality standards and provide outstanding customer service to residents.
Experience & Skills Needed:
- Relevant education and management experience.
- Property management experience, preferably in multi-family or manufactured home settings.
- Strong operational, collaborative, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
- Marketing and/or sales experience is preferred.
- Understanding of operational complexities and daily tasks.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance.
