PHINIA promotes a diverse and inclusive environment, honors integrity, strives for excellence, and builds on the power of collaboration.Key responsibilitiesLead the North America Aftermarket Sales, Brand & Communications, and Training teams.Create annual forecast and track monthly spend.Establish objectives and key policy.Sales:
Drive top line growth, lead sales teams & strategy across all channels, manage Independent Sales Representatives, drive new customer acquisition, and assist with revenue forecast accuracy.Marketing:
Lead marketing communications and event activities, drive brand awareness, lead planning and execution of marketing initiatives, manage PHINIA participation in events, maintain brand guidelines, and determine strategies for new brand & marketing activities.Training:
Lead training and technical support teams, develop and execute training strategy, benchmark competitor training programs, develop monetization strategies for training, and drive customer interaction with training teams.Liaise with global and regional teams to review campaigns and collaboration opportunities.Any other duties as assigned.What we’re looking forEducation/Experience - Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.10+ years of sales leadership experience.Excellent communication skills.Highly organized and performs well under pressure.Project management skills.Education/Experience - Preferred Qualifications:Graduate level education in related field.Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry.Experience leading marketing and/or training teams.What we believeProduct Leadership:
