The ideal candidate is invigorated by complex assignments and is comfortable in leading through ambiguous and unprecedented situations, while fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the global matrix.The successful candidate will have proven experience in partnering cross-functionally to design and execute ESG communications strategies that support business performance and strengthen reputation.**Key Responsibilities**+ Develop narratives to explain the relevance, operationalization and performance of ESG strategies for broad internal and external audiences+ Develop messaging and materials to amplify company ESG milestones+ Develop materials to communicate ESG strategy with customers and suppliers+ Provide strategic communications counsel to Global Head of ESG & Sustainability+ Identify and secure thought leadership and media opportunities+ Collaborate with GCA colleagues and cross-functional partners to embed relevant ESG messaging into other company communications+ Develop compelling employee engagement program to drive a common understanding and excitement for ESG strategy+ Establish governance for communicating about company ESG strategy, progress and performance+ Oversee the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, responsible for Social Impact Communications and Global Corporate Affairs Functional Operations**Qualifications****What we are looking for**Required Qualifications+ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.+ A minimum of 10 years of proven success in relevant and progressive Communications experience is required.+ Candidate must possess expert judgment, as well as the ability to analyze issues and opportunities, and communicate their overarching impact.+ Exceptional writing and editing skills are required.+ Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to build deep, authentic, successful relationships with leaders and strong influence with senior internal and external stakeholders is required.+ The ability to think beyond the “tried and true” to devise innovative ways to communicate, while aligning with goals and objectives is required.+ Working knowledge of ESG concepts and ESG landscape, including emerging trends, policies and regulations, and media landscape is required.+ Established relationships with ESG beat and trade reporters is required.**What’s in it for you**+ Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from **$137,000** to **$235,750.** This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.+ Competitive Total Rewards Package* + Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Flexible Ways of Working & More!+ Learning & Development Opportunities+ Employee Resource Groups* Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
