As the
Global Program Owner, Marketing Automation
you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and IT departments to scope and implement feature enhancements within our marketing automation systems, ensuring optimal user satisfaction and return on investment. The successful candidate will have a background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing automation technologies. Role Responsibilities:Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the marketing operations, Integrations and IT department; to identify, prioritize, and implement feature enhancements in our marketing automation and CRM systems.
System Optimization:
Continuously assess the performance of marketing automation tools and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending roadmap enhancements to maximize user satisfaction and overall business ROI.
Requirements Gathering:
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable technical requirements for the Integrations team.
Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing automation enhancement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
User Training:
Develop and deliver training programs for marketing and sales teams to ensure they effectively utilize the marketing automation tools.
Data Analysis:
Analyze data and reports to identify trends, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for marketing automation improvements.
Integration:
Collaborate with IT to integrate marketing automation systems with other relevant tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance:
Ensure that marketing automation practices and data handling comply with relevant regulations, such as GDPR or industry-specific requirements. **
Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date documentation on marketing automation processes, best practices, and training materials.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing
2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners/customers
Experience with one or more CRM systems (eg. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc)
Previous experience working with one or more marketing technologies (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud Technologies, Marketo, Highspot, Eloqua, or similar technologies)
Preferred Qualifications:MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience working in a B2B industrial manufacturing environment
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance data.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Understanding of marketing compliance and data protection regulations.
Experience creating presentations and materials to pitch to leadership
Experience maintaining process documentation standards and templates
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, and Teams
Must be self-directed, able to influence peers and managers, and a good team player with an ability to quickly gain organizational knowledge of business processes.
