PeopleShare is hiring a Technical Writer - QC/Analytical Development in Cranbury, NJ! Join a growing pharmaceutical company and play a vital role in supporting Quality Control through precise, regulatory-compliant documentation. Position Details: * Job Title: Technical Writer - Quality Control & Analytical Development * Location: Cranbury, NJ (100% Onsite) * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM * Pay: $35-$40/hour (Based on Experience) * Type: Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities: * Write, edit, and maintain SOPs, test methods, specifications, protocols , and analytical reports related to QC and Analytical Development * Develop and manage documentation such as method validation reports, stability study summaries, COAs, and deviation reports (OOS, CAPAs, change controls) * Ensure all documentation is consistent, clear, and complies with FDA, ICH, USP, EP, cGMP, and GLP guidelines * Support regulatory submissions and audit preparation , maintaining accurate version control and document tracking within electronic systems (e.g., ACE) * Collaborate with QC analysts, QA, AR&D teams, external labs , and other stakeholders to gather and validate technical content * Train QC staff on documentation best practices and support continuous improvement by identifying documentation gaps and recommending solutions Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology , or a related field * 5-10 years of technical writing experience in the pharma/biotech industry , ideally within QC/Analytical Development * Strong understanding of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Dissolution, PSD , etc. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic document management systems * Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs in New Jersey (NJ) - Burlington, Cherry Hill, Cranbury, Plainsboro, Princeton, Robbinsville, Swedesboro, & Trenton; and in PA - Levittown, Fairless Hills, & Philadelphia.We have openings for call center representative, warehouse, assembly, production, forklift, machine operators, medical receptionist, maintenance mechanics, assistant teacher, medical receptionist, medical call center representative, medical case manager, receptionist, data entry, medical case manager, quality control specialist, customer service representative, collections, medical case manager, quality control specialist, medical case manager, administrative assistant, quality control specialist, customer service representative, accounts payable clerk, accounts receivable clerk, medical receptionist, file clerk, customer service representative, medical receptionist, teacher and office managers.
