Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and skilled videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in capturing and editing high-quality video content. The role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, willingness to travel, and a commitment to meeting the needs of the operations we support. We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video projects.
- Capture and edit video content such as stories, promos, and reels for websites, social media, etc.
- Ensure all video content meets brand standards and guidelines.
- Work with different departments and leaders across the organization.
- Capture content in our studio and travel to various operations to shoot content and conduct interviews with leaders.
- Manage video equipment and maintain an organized video library.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience in video production (please provide a link to a reel of your work).
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and other Adobe software like After Effects and Photoshop.
- Willingness to travel frequently to capture content across the country.
- Ability to set up and conduct engaging two-camera interview sessions.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with drone flying (license is a plus).
- Photography skills are a plus.
