Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator facilitates the division’s day-to-day marketing activities including the creation of marketing collateral, ads, and signage; planning of events; and ongoing maintenance of the division’s website and local MLS system.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create job requests for the development of print materials, ads, signage, and collateral to support division marketing initiatives.
Coordinate grand openings, community and realtor events, and team meetings; communicate timelines with vendors, order promotional items, assist with event setup and post-event analysis.
Execute new community launch plans including consumer research, installation of community signage and sales offices graphics to align with brand standards, and the coordination of grand opening events.
Support the division’s inventory home marketing program through the ordering of signage and collateral, maintenance of advertised pricing and photography, and coordination of home staging.
Maintain marketing calendar to track critical activities and progress towards deadlines.
Assist sales team with the creation of community-specific marketing collateral and signage.
Analyze internet and sales center traffic; identify patterns and opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum Education Experience:
4-year degree in marketing or related field
2-3 years’ experience in marketing preferred
Skills and Abilities:
Creative thinker and problem solver
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
