Position Summary
McCormick Taylor has an immediate opening for a Senior CAD Designer in our Transportation Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment. We are seeking an individual who can handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and work well in hybrid remote office environment. Strong written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills, attention to detail and ability to organize is required.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities
Understands the concept of a specific design and is able to assist the engineer with anything from geometry and surface changes or modifications Create design plan sets and other similar project deliverables Able to manage multiple projects with the daily workload Able to configure files and work with IT to resolve software issues Oversee QA/QC for technical accuracy of work Qualifications
15 + Years of experience Degree: High school diploma Proficient in MicroStation Experience with various CAD Programs Microsoft Office 365 Suite desired Entry level engineering experience to help assist the Project Engineer with various tasks Has an understanding of printers and plotters
