Are you passionate about design and helping people bring their spaces to life?
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an Interior Sales/Designer for a well-established home interiors showroom in Grand Rapids, MN. This is your opportunity to work with high-quality products like flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and more - all while making a real impact on clients' homes.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with clients to understand their design goals and guide them through the product selection process Offer expert recommendations on flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and other interior finishes Create detailed design plans and quotes using design software Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction throughout Maintain and refresh showroom displays while keeping up with design trends
What We're Looking For:
Passion for interior design and a keen eye for style and detail Strong customer service and communication skills Sales-driven mindset with a focus on building relationships Experience in interior design, home improvement, or kitchen & bath design (preferred) Knowledge of design software such as 2020 Design or AutoCAD is a plus Ability to think outside the box and offer creative solutions for design challenges. Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
