Job Description The Associate Director (AD) for RINVOQ and HS will initially be responsible for key strategic initiatives related to the planning, strategy, and go-to-market deliverables for the launch of RINVOQ in the Vitiligo indication while simultaneously supporting HS launches. Preliminary HS responsibilities will be to ensure a smooth transition and strategic alignment from the pipeline commercial team until a full transition to HS occurs post- Q1 2026. The AD will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enable an integrated and successful launch readiness for vitiligo and HS and launch execution for HS. In addition, partnering across functional teams and Immunology franchise, both US and International, will be critical to ensure successful implementation of tactics for RINVOQ Vitiligo and HS. This individual will report to the Vitiligo Marketing Director. The responsibilities of this role are listed below but may shift based on business needs. RINVOQ launch strategy initiatives – This individual will support key strategic initiatives related to the planning, strategy, and go-to-market deliverables for the launch of RINVOQ in the Vitiligo indication. Execution of Professional Tactics – This person will execute, in partnership with the agency and MRL partners, key Professional tactics to support RINVOQ Vitiligo business focusing on rep channels and digital footprint. Sales Force Engagement – This individual will partner closely with the sales force and sales training to develop comprehensive and effective tools that will allow for a strong launch. Finance – This individual will ensure RINVOQ Vitiligo and HS stay within budget and partners with finance and other brand partners to maintain oversight throughout the year. Strategic Communication – This individual will plan and execute an internal and external communication plan in partnership with Medical, Public Affairs, and other cross-functional partners to maximize share-of-voice of RINVOQ Vitiligo. HS launch strategy initiatives- This individual will ensure a smooth transition and strategic alignment from the pipeline commercial team until a full transition to HS occurs post- Q1 2026.
Qualifications Basic: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field Proven ability to complete work product on-time with excellence Proven ability to work cross-functionally and within a highly matrixed environment Pharmaceutical marketing experience Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through Budget management experience Preferred: 9+ years of relevant brand marketing experience Prior experience in Professional pharmaceutical marketing Pharmaceutical launch experience Strategic and tactical planning experience MBA or other advanced degree
