Instrumental Music Teacher
Job Summary
One Instrumental Music teacher to work at the Middle schools. Conduct Instrumental Music instruction for middle school age children. Organize and implement instrumental music concerts yearly. Collaborate with administration and colleagues to schedule instrumental music lessons.
Qualifications
- Appropriate NJ Teaching Certification
- Possess expertise and experience in instrumental music instruction
- Experience and successful practice working with students and communicating with parents
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and administrators
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, students, and parents
- Demonstrate organization and management skills with coordination of programs
- Possess excellent behavior management skills and be able to discipline children with dignity and respect
- Possess a love of children and enthusiasm for supporting instructors in implementing high-quality after-school programs
