At 3 Degrees Infrared Sauna Studio Hudson, we're hiring an ambitious and results-driven person to join our Southern NH studio as a full-time Sauna Studio Assistant Manager. This full-time role offers a dynamic workday where you'll engage with clients, promote our infrared sauna offerings, and ensure everything runs smoothly. BECOMING OUR SAUNA STUDIO ASSISTANT MANAGER

In this role, you deepen client connections, promote our rejuvenating services, increase membership enrollment, and ensure our saunas are ready for a transforming customer experience. You make $17.00 - $22.00/hour and can earn generous commission and bonuses. You work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, and rotating weekends. We also offer these terrific benefits:

DIVE DEEPER INTO THE ROLE

You proactively ensure that our studio runs smoothly and is ready for every guest! When you're not maintaining saunas, you warmly greet members when they call or visit our studio, answering all their questions, promoting our sauna services, and providing great customer service along the way. Motivated to meet your monthly sales goals, you consistently work on refining your strategies to bring more rejuvenating experiences to our new community. You also assist in hiring, onboarding, and training programs to support employee success and sales growth. Your role includes cleaning the saunas, maintaining paperwork throughout the day, and tackling administrative duties like appointment scheduling and data entry. You ensure saunas are prepped and cleaned quickly to maintain a smooth flow for each guest. Additionally, you oversee accounts with downgrades and freeze suspensions and review the previous day's studio totals to ensure everything was checked out properly.

Your uplifting presence is felt throughout your studio as you greet members by name, lead new member tours, and highlight our innovative offerings. You proactively contact inactive members and encourage them to book another session with us. By tackling laundry and housekeeping duties, staying updated on our products and services, and providing excellent customer service, you strengthen client relationships and elevate the overall member experience!

• Ability to clearly communicate over the phone, through email, and in person

• Knowledge of social media and Canva
• Motivation to succeed and meet goals
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Our ideal Sauna Studio Assistant Manager:

• Customer service experience
• Experience with Mindbody software
