IntegriShield’s company focus is compliance with additional support services. We assist our clients in monitoring, identifying, and resolving marketing compliance violations.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of assigned accounts. This position will conduct compliance monitoring quality checks, identify violations for optimization of software for each assigned account, conduct remediation to resolve compliance issues, and work on projects for clients as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

• Gain knowledge of industry guidelines across all the industries we serve
• Compile data and prepare reports in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Keep documents up to date
• Strategically approach tasks based on high priorities
• Track progress and follow-up activities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly client benchmarks and goals
• Complete monitoring and projects for assigned accounts
• Have a good understanding of the internet and social media platforms
• Have a good understanding of marketing and affiliate networks is a plus
• Professionally remediate violations with third parties with a service-oriented goal
• Participate in weekly client calls
• Participate in developing and making suggestions to improve company systems and processes

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or commensurate experience is a plus

EXPERIENCE:

• Marketing or Advertising experience is a plus
• Affiliate Marketing background is a plus
• Compliance background is a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to work as a team
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to identify trends or inconsistencies
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Analytical skills to interpret data and generate reports

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with compliance monitoring tools or software
• Familiarity with the specific top industries we serve (Direct Selling, Fintech, and Affiliate)
• Interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork
