JOB SUMMARY The Director of Integrated Media is responsible for creating Jockey’s media strategy, leading media agencies, and managing the execution of innovative and effective tactics across the full funnel, driving consumer acquisition, brand health, and sales. This position can be located at our corporate headquarters in

Nashville, TN . ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Lead the creation and alignment of Jockey’s overall media strategy, in line with brand, consumer acquisition, product, and business objectives. This includes responsibility for all media briefs. Lead the creation and execution of tactical media plans, including channel strategies, tactics, allocations, and pacing. Work with data science, insights teams, and media agencies to develop performance measurement reporting, multitouch attribution (MTA), and media mix modeling (MMM) for ongoing optimization. Oversee all media spend with a focus on NextGen consumer acquisition. Set and align on KPIs, objectives, and benchmarks. Manage campaign analysis and reporting. Drive innovation and testing of new channels, platforms, and tactical levers. Apply a test-and-learn approach to maximize performance. Participate in go-to-market processes and develop the annual marketing calendar. Identify and develop solutions and platforms to improve media impact and efficiency. Collaborate with brand and creative teams to optimize creative and media alignment. Coordinate with social media, partnerships, and PR teams to optimize synergies across paid, earned, and social media. Evaluate media agency performance and explore new agency options. Manage a matrixed media team integrated into business units. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years in integrated media, marketing, or relevant fields. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or communications. Proven success in impactful media campaigns, stakeholder collaboration, and agency execution. Experience using data insights and analytics for audience targeting and campaign optimization. Deep understanding of online and offline media planning and channel mix rationalization. Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling at a conceptual level. Understanding of ad attribution, measurement, and tracking. Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines. Experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets. In return,
