SUMMARY of RESPONSIBILITIES:Main Activities:•Maximum of 15 hours/week•Collateral, brochure and program distribution•Make/maintain contact with local businesses, advertisers, etc.•Administrative support and data maintenance•Assist onsite at events (check in, greeting guests, production, etc.)•Assist with special digital projects•Assist with sponsor/gift bag creation and organization•Assist with maintaining marketing closet organization•Create and maintain a calendar of community events (store openings, charities, conferences, fairs, festivals, premiers, etc.) to be submitted to Marketing Director•Be a positive ambassador for Gulfshore Life Media at all times when in public.•Maintain a high level of professionalism and personal presentation
