The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for conducting Center for Industrial Services marketing and communications activities that support agency outreach, business development, and employee engagement. Services address the following functions: (1) creative work; (2) style, branding and editing; (3) project management; (4) research/analytics; and (5) administrative.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience:
One year work experience
Skills:
The candidate should have knowledge of social media technology, practices, and trends. Knowledge of marketing and communication practices.
Customer service skills and ability to work productively with multiple audiences. Written and verbal communication skills.
Research and analytical skills.
Ability to learn and adopt communication technologies and practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

On-site in Nashville, TN or Knoxville, TN
The Institute for Public Service (IPS) supports a formal Alternative Work Arrangement program currently in place and more information can be provided if candidate progresses through the recruitment process.
