The Role
As the Creative Manager, your contribution to the organization will be to leverage your background and experience to give all our partnerships a creative voice from our Charlotte, NC headquarters.
Responsibilities
Create, Develop & Own In-House Brands & IdentitiesDevelop Campaigns with Marketing StrategySupport Senior Leadership team on RFP & Presentation CreationManage Creative Approvals from Partners & Sales AgentsDevelop, Manage & Document Creative Processes & SOPManage Database of Imagery & Video AssetsManage Relationships with Printers & other outside resourcesStepping In to help execute design assets where needed to support the teamResponsible for Review of Event Design Assets Produced before Submitting for PrintPoint of Contact for EscalationsQualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent management and design experienceMinimum 5 years relevant work experienceProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Suite productsExperience managing a team and company projectsAbility to prioritize and make decisions in a rapidly changing environmentPossesses a solid grasp of all basic design principles including video, motion graphics and photography.Organized, accurate and deadline-orientedFriendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleaguesStrong communication skillsVenue design/activation experience a plusWork history managing multiple brands with global brand presenceExperience managing outside vendors and relationships and holding them accountable to brand standards
