This is a high-impact role focused on executing growth strategies, expanding social presence, and fostering community relationships in the crypto space. Key Responsibilities: Develop and launch data-driven marketing campaigns to attract global users and API partners. Define KPIs , track performance metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI . Manage and scale community engagement efforts , collaborating with influencers (KOLs), DAOs, and Web3 projects. Execute content strategies to enhance brand visibility and authority within the DeFi space. Drive social media growth, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. Stay ahead of crypto market trends and identify opportunities to improve user acquisition and retention. Who You Are: Experienced in Web3 or DeFi marketing , with a track record of scaling user growth. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and DeFi protocols . Hands-on, execution-focused, and able to implement campaigns without heavy delegation . Strong connections within the Web3 ecosystem , including KOLs, DAOs, and partner projects.
