The Role
At Netflix, we aim to entertain the world through innovation in content creation and delivery. We recently launched a new ad-supported tier to offer more choices to our members and create new advertising opportunities. We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer to help develop our global ad tech suite and enhance CTV advertising innovation, delivering engaging and relevant ads for our users.
This hybrid role requires flexibility for onsite work in California or the Pacific time zone, with monthly travel to Los Angeles and Los Gatos, CA, or to our NYC hub for suitable candidates.
About Our Team
The Ads Experience Design team crafts the experience, technology, and workflows that power Netflix’s advertising business, including next-generation experiences like Live entertainment. We excel in designing complex environments and are looking for a lead designer to develop the design system and core capabilities for our advertising experience.

What You Will Do
- Design and execute features for Netflix’s advertising suite.
- Lead critical platform functionality for global brands and teams.
- Create clear design briefs for initiatives.
- Develop domain expertise to influence ad business strategy.
- Collaborate with the design system team and cross-functional partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with advertising technology and live streaming.
- Passion for design and team culture.
- 8+ years as a Product Designer, with 4+ in advertising or related industries.
- A portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and leadership.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Experience in B2B2C advertising ecosystems.
