As a Pediatric Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients at our facility, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.
Provide outstanding customer service while coordinating patient appointments. Verify insurance, process referrals, and maintain accurate patient records. Manage front desk operations, answer phone calls, and assist with inquiries. Work closely with clinicians and administrative staff to enhance the patient experience. Ensure an organized and welcoming clinic environment at both locations. Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience:
Prior experience in healthcare administration or customer service preferred. Skills:
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Technology:
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
