Your Role The Sr. Product Manager, Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing HCP marketing strategies and tactics for the US market, including branding, positioning, campaign visuals, messaging, core claims, and all US promotional materials. This role will lead critical initiatives supporting field sales activities and collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall commercial strategy. Additionally, it will launch HCP go-to-market tactics in the US, working with functions like medical affairs, sales, market access, and LMR to ensure a successful launch. Your Responsibilities
Develop innovative marketing strategies targeted at healthcare providers to meet brand objectives. Lead content development, from brief to launch, including collaboration with field teams for feedback. Design and implement healthcare professional promotional initiatives aligned with brand strategies. Manage projects through legal, regulatory, and medical reviews. Collaborate with sales management and training to optimize field training and marketing strategies. Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments, ensuring effective communication. Support US HCP brand planning and operational excellence processes. Manage budgets for advertising, promotion, and agencies. Your Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field. 3+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or launches within pharmaceutical or biotech sectors. Strong strategic and tactical marketing skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent organizational savvy, self-awareness, and leadership through influence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Strong data analysis skills. Dermatology experience is preferred but not required.
