Description
The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative mid-level Marketing Graphic Designer to join our dynamic PebbleGo Design team. You will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering impactful visuals to enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and support our marketing initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to design assets that resonate with educators, learners, and stakeholders across multiple platforms.
Our preference is for this role to be hybrid, based out of either our Edina, MN or North Mankato, MN locations. However, fully remote work may also be considered.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Visual Content Creation:
- Design engaging marketing materials such as website design assets, social media graphics, email banners, infographics, brochures, trade show booths, marketing collateral, and presentations.
- Develop visuals for digital campaigns, ads, and events to promote our products and services.
- Design promotional materials for webinars, product launches, and educational resources.
- Conceptualize and produce animations, video thumbnails, and interactive content to enhance customer engagement.
Brand Consistency:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
- Create user-centered designs that communicate key messages effectively to a diverse audience.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, EdTech industry standards, and best practices in visual communication.
- Assist in optimizing web assets (banners, icons, illustrations) to improve website UX and engagement.
Education, Experience, and Skills Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in marketing or EdTech environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and related software tools.
- Experience designing for digital platforms (social media, websites, email marketing, ads).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (both print and digital).
- Ability to understand and translate marketing strategies into effective visual communication.
- Basic knowledge of animation tools or video editing is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and web optimization is a bonus.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
Travel Requirements
Approximately 5-10% travel may be required in the future.

The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered surrounding compensation including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, work location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,000-$60,000.
