43.00 - 71.00 Department Details Join a team of marketers that serve as strategic marketing partners to Health Plan leadership across the Sanford Health Enterprise. This role will work with operations partners to assess new growth initiatives, determine marketing needs, and develop strategies and action plans. The candidate should be strategic, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects from initiation to maturity, including launching new marketing initiatives. Ideally based in the WI/MN region, with the ability to work from Marshfield, WI offices or travel there monthly or quarterly. Job Summary Serve as a strategic marketing partner to Health Plan leadership, assessing new growth initiatives, and managing marketing strategies and campaigns. Lead marketing team members, coordinate with operational leaders, and manage budgets. Ensure messaging consistency, participate in cross-functional planning, and interpret industry data to inform strategies. Facilitate collaboration across the marketing team, leveraging shared efforts, and addressing regional needs. Must be strategic with strong marketing acumen. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field. Minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare. Leadership experience preferred. Willing to travel to Marshfield, WI, or work in the office if local.
