The Marketing Data Specialist is primarily responsible for the execution and support of circulation processes within the Direct Customer Marketing division. This position will be accountable for the timely execution of data processing to meet the mailing dates for each direct mail campaign and will be expected to fully manage projects/areas of expertise. In addition to working with direct mail data and managing project timelines, this position is responsible for coordinating all appropriate data requirements with internal departments and third-party vendors. Successful candidate will possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

- Create, manipulate, standardize, and transfer Customer Name/address data to/from databases and external vendors for direct mail purposes primarily using SAS EG and Snowflake
- Work with other departments (IT, customer service) to create and develop data and processes related to customer marketing initiatives
- Create and execute ad hoc data queries and analyses
- Create and execute routine triggered mailing programs
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, be detail and result-oriented, maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity, and have excellent time management skills.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience working with SQL is required.
- 1+ years’ experience with business intelligence query tools such as SAS, especially SAS Enterprise Guide, is preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience working with Snowflake data platform is preferred.
- 1+ years’ experience in database marketing, direct mail, marketing analytics, programming, or application support is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI is preferred
- Experience working with a multi-channel, multi-brand direct mail company a plus
- Must have intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
