Position Title: Generations Graphic Designer
Campus: All
Reports To: Creative Team Manager
Status: Full-Time
Position Summary:
This position reports to the Creative Team Manager. This role will work closely with Creative Director/Creative Team Manager on creating graphics for the student and kids teams. This role oversees the technical aspects of ideating, designing, editing, and executing projects as needed. This person creates content that evokes positive emotional response and effectively communicates to our target audience.

the vision of Central Christian Church.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Creative Team Manager/Creative Director to plan, develop, and execute graphic content that aligns with Central Students and Central Kids
- Design graphics for social media, in-room services, print material, YouTube and other platforms to support events, programs, and campaigns
- Provide graphic content that enhances the churchs online presence and engages both congregation and local community
- Provide creative input in planning and strategy sessions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools
- Content shoot and edit projects
- Color grade creative and unique elements
- Continued creative and innovative think and research of new trends
- Collaborate with teammates to develop creative concepts and creative treatments
- Execution in all aspects of video projects: pre-production and post-production.
- Design graphics for social media, in-room services, print material, YouTube and other platforms to support events, programs, and campaigns
- Ability to video shoot, edit, cut projects as needed
- Provide creative input in planning and strategy sessions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must align with the vision, and values of Central Christian Church and be committed to doing Central no harm.
- Financially support the vision of Central Christian Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
